If you love writing for fun or even journalling or simply want to explore more with all that’s bubbling up inside of you, then this may be exactly right for you.
Getting our ideas on to paper (or even computer) and out of our heads can help us to better connect with ourselves and our creativity. It can open us up to explore our ideas, our hopes and our dreams and it can help us to feel better about ourselves.
In this fun and creative workshop you’ll get the opportunity to:
*Explore your ideas, creativity, thoughts and emotions
*Get playful as we get to know more about ourselves
*Express those words, thoughts and feelings that have been lurking around inside of you
*Release tension and relax
You don’t have to be an accomplished writer to come along. You also don’t have to share or read out your work, but there will be the opportunity for those who wish to. To maintain the safety, integrity and simplicity of the group our numbers will remain small with no more than 8-10 participants.
