Come and join us for YogaBellies for Mum & Baby! We combine BOTH postnatal and baby yoga to ensure you both leave the class feeling stretched, revived and relaxed.
We spend the first part of the class having a chat and a cuppa, followed by some gentle stretching for you and baby, leading to the well-deserved guided relaxation at the end!
This class is completely baby-led – we offer plenty of variations if baby isn’t playing ball that day!
