Wednesday 4.45pm – 5.30pm
A shorter 45 minute, gentle class that focuses on meditation and breath to shed the day’s stresses and strains, some stretching to ease out the kinks and a yoga ‘power nap’ that will in turn re-energise you for the rest of the day and alleviate that early evening slump. An opportunity to bag a quick yoga-fix on the way home from work perhaps, and leave the efforts of the day behind before you even step thorough your front door. Suitable for all levels from beginners upwards.
Every other Sunday from 6th June
10am – 11.30am
Start Sundays in the best possible way. Connecting all the elements of yoga: breath, body, mind and spirit. A slightly longer 1 hour 30 min class that allows for a holistic approach offering relaxation, asanas (postures), breath practices, meditation and some theory thrown in every now and then for good measure. Suitable for all levels from beginners upwards.
Please note as this class is longer than usual The Den Wigan class passes can not currently be used.
