I practise and teach Hatha yoga, offering bespoke one-to-one, small group and online yoga classes. Beginners and more experienced yogis of all ages are welcome to join me for classes tailored to suit the individual and to help you practise in ways which will benefit you. I’m keen to explore the many possibilities yoga offers and share my discoveries.
A class will generally offer a mixture of warm-up exercises, work on asanas (poses or postures) and vinyasa (flow, or movement from one posture to another), relaxation, plus pranayama (breathing technique and control) and, for those interested, meditation.
I have been practising yoga for some years and recently completed the intensive teacher training course offered by T K Yoga Ltd with Tina Brewer in France, and was awarded the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Diploma (accredited by World Yoga Alliance in India).
