    I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals. I always want to make sure that my clients will benefit from my professional and non–judgmental service. I meet my clients in a warm and accepting environment, honouring each client as an individual.

    I am trained in Cognitive–Behavioural Therapy. I also use a variety of methods including Solution Focused and Gestalt techniques, Person–centred therapy and Psychodynamic approach. I consider that every client is unique, my approach is tailored to fit each person’s individual needs.

    In 2004 I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Psychology. During my time at university I also completed certified courses in Cognitive–Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person–Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy and Gestalt therapy. More recently, I have undertaken a two–year Diploma course in Counselling and Psychotherapy leading to accreditation as a counsellor by the National Counselling Society. I have extensive practical and training experience in the areas of phobias, relationships, depression, anger management, traumas, etc.
