I provide a safe, confidential and professional service for those people seeking therapy (psychotherapy, counselling and hypnotherapy) one to one coaching, or for couples – counselling and relationship mediation. My office is based in a professional and friendly environment in Summertown, Oxford.
Working primarily face to face – one to one and with couples, I also use telephone, skype and email when appropriate.
With over 25 years of experience I regularly update my professional training and specialise in approaches which encourage possibility and solution-focused thinking. A registered therapist through the major accrediting bodies: BACP, BSCH and UKCP as well as being a supervisor for both coaches and therapists. This means I work to professional standards and enable you to achieve what you want utilising a range of hypno, psychotherapeutic and NLP approaches to resolve issues which may be limiting your life.
For example – It may be that you are experiencing difficulties at work e.g. lack of self confidence, bullying, stress or anxiety, career dilemmas, or you are experiencing difficulties in your personal life which are affecting you and or others.
Or perhaps there are personal issues (e.g.trauma, relationship issues, domestic abuse, life changes, bereavement, unwanted habits or phobias) that you want to resolve and you need reliable, confidential, experienced help.
I have developed a specific approach to resolving ’anxiety’, OCD’s and general anxiety disorder (GDA) and eating disorders which may be caused by abandonment, unresolved trauma or experiences in life.
The approach resolves the core issue and works at a ’deep level’, to re imprint the experience to create a new belief and behaviour enabling you to live a life ’free of the burden’ of the behaviour or symptom which is limiting your life. Working alongside a nutritionist we have developed an approach which resolves unwanted eating habits, negative body image and re imprints limiting self belief so developing healthy eating patterns.
