I am a person centred therapist in delivering CBT. I support people to challenge their thoughts and find an alternative way of thinking. I support people recovering from traumatic events, help to re-build self-esteem, which leads to greater self confidence, with less fear of trying out new things. I support people to manage their anxiety, recover from depression, and build a more meaningful life for themselves through goal setting. I encourage people to have greater compassion for themselves, to find the positives in life and to use mindfulness as a tool to manage worrying, and bring about an accepting – peaceful way of living. I currently work as a self employed CBT Practitioner and have been volunteering for Anxiety UK for the past two years.
