  • I am a REPS Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer. I am a keen keep fit enthusiast who enjoys the outdoors in particular Mountain Biking and Hiking. I’m also an experienced gym user and instructor and highly interested in resistance exercise.

    I’m experienced in endurance, strength and power training, as well being able to provide weight management and nutritional advice. I am also a qualified Kettlebell trainer, a tool almost second to none in it’s fat burning potential, particularly when training in the home with limited space.

    I am also experienced in postural assessment and prescribing corrective exercise for postural correction. My approach to nutrition is not based upon ’fad’ or restrictive diet plans, it’s about giving you the knowledge and power to change your diet permanently and achieve results without having to experience ’yo–yo’ diets ever again.I am highly focussed on my client’s goals and needs, and enjoy providing them with the tailored training required to meet their objectives.

    Sessions are £35 per hour, £50 for initial consultation which includes:– Blood pressure– Weight and body fat measurement– Resting heart rate measurement– Postural assessment– Range of motion assessments– Accurate daily calorie intake calculations– lifestyle and diet analysis– Cardiovascular fitness test
