Sessions which provide coaching to children in a variety of exercises to improve their overall wellbeing.
This includes ways to self-soothe and calm themselves in times of stress and anxiety and help them create a program of self care they can use throughout their lives.
We use breathing techniques, a selection of Yoga poses, Pal Dan Gum, Finger Holds, Mudras, Guided Visualisation, Mindfulness exercises, Positive Affirmations and some games when we need a brain break!
We also create crafts such as Anxiety Boxes, Thank You Books and Mala beads.
These sessions are provided one to one or in small groups across County Durham.
