Cultivate simple well-being with laughter!
When was the last time you heartily laughed? Laughter not only connects people with each other but is also good for your overall health. Laughter Yoga can help improve your physical health, boost your energy and reduce your stress, as well as bring you a more positive mindset.
Laughter Yoga group sessions (30-40 minutes): Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30pm (UK – London time)
I also offer individual packages, I call them “Laughter Pamper Hampers”, perfect for those who prefer a more private Laughter Yoga experience, and want to boost their confidence and unwind.
All sessions delivered online via Zoom.
Laughter Yoga combines playful laughter exercises with deep breathing known from yoga. No prior yoga experience is necessary and all abilities are welcome.
