Atsuko currently teaches 7 weekly classes and one monthly workshop in North Devon area.
You can be male or female, at any age and in any size. There are teenagers to people in their 80s, beginners and those who have been practising for over 20 years.
Although there are one beginners’ and one intermediates’ class, anyone can come to the ‘general class’. All practise together and it works very well.
Bideford classes are held in Alwington Village Hall, just off A39. This is in a beautiful rural setting with new wooden floor. Despite its easy access, hardly any outside noise is heard here and it is a blissfully peaceful place. Free ample car park.
Barnstaple classes are held in Orchard Vale School and in Pilton College. We use large warm halls with wooden floors. Again free and ample parking. These classes are booked through Petroc (former North Devon College).
Please bring a yoga mat (or exercise mat) and a blanket if you have one. You don’t need shoes. (If you don’t have a mat, let me know before you come. I have a couple of spare mats to lend.)
Before you make your journey, I suggest you contact me just to make sure the class is on on that day and there are spaces available. Currently Mondays’ classes are very busy.
