Grove Wellness Clinic is run by Monika Becker HP who is a German-trained Practitioner for Alternative Therapies (“Heilpraktikerin”) who specializes in combining a number of different therapies to meet the unique needs of the client, addressing a wide range of health issues.
Monikab road training and experience allows her to combine a number of different treatments specifically focussed on the needs of the client rather than any particular skill of the therapist.
Fears and Phobias
Using Emotional Freedom Technique and Psychological Kinesiology (Klinghardt Method) combined has proven extremely beneficial in the treatment of fears and phobias, with quick results. In some cases, regression to a ‘past life’ was carried out to discover the roots of the phobia.
Acupuncture has come more and more into focus for being able to assist couples who are facing problems with conceiving. The number of women who come into my practice for fertility treatment has increased noticeably during the past two years. Some of them chose to have alternative treatment instead of IVF, others “support” IVF with acupuncture.
It is at least, far less risky and definitely the healthier approach to tackle the fine lines and wrinkles life inscribes on our faces. (Not to mention a lot less expensive!)

Born in Munich, Germany. My professional German designation is “Heilpraktikerin”, for which the nearest English translation is “trained natural therapist”.
Years of training
Health regulations in Germany are very strict. So, unless you are a doctor or dentist, you are not allowed to treat people until you have passed the complying test at the local Health Authorities after several years of training.
This test consists of two parts, the first a written test on human medicine. Having passed this test successfully, you are invited to a practical test and an interview with M.D.s. They then decide, based on the result of the theoretical test and on how you were acting in practice, if you have passed or not.
I qualified in March 2000, after almost 5 years “after-office-training” in an institute for ‘Heilpraktiker’ and alternative therapies in Munich.
My highest principle is to grant the patient the best possible treatment. This implies the combination of “conventional” treatment based on human medicine whenever necessary as well as alternative therapies, i.e. complementary medicine – the co-operation and interaction between M.D. and alternative therapist.
I am a Personal Coach (ILS Germany).
