My name is Mell and I’m a personal nutrition adviser.
I offer nutrition advice and a diet plan based on boosting your metabolism. The diet plan, written by a registered dietician, is tailored to fit you and your lifestyle. During one-to-one weekly meetings, progress is discussed as well as advice provided as appropriate to you.
Having been fascinated by how food fuels your body and the beneficial effects of good nutrition, I completed the Diet Specialist Nutrition Course, accredited at levels 3&4 by the Association for Nutrition. I am currently studying an Introduction to Nutritional Therapy with The Health Sciences Acadamy, which involves looking at nutritional deficiencies and how food affects your genes and biochemistry.
