I’m a Nutritionist (BSc) and Stress Management Trainer (Dip) working with a range of clients who largely have issues of tiredness, headaches, sleep problems, PMS, IBS, mood fluctuations and stubborn weight gain.
My approach is based on identifying and working with the root cause of a person’s illness and then applying both evidence-based and holistic approaches to address the issues.
I work collaboratively on a 1-1 basis and in a supportive educational capacity when running group programmes.
